The dark gate looms tall, symbolizing an unbreakable wall between human society and the Exiles. Neither species likes to use it, and only in emergencies is this boundary between civilizations breached.

Sadie Edwards ((<<Demigod Cabin, Camp board)) The black cat trotted to the unkempt gates, the towering barrier between human and Exile. She swung up and crossed right over that symbolic gate, a shiver running down her spine as she entered unfamiliar territory.

Hazel arrived at the gates, watching the rear end of Sadie ((and no, that isn't meant to sound wrong)) disappear over the top. The demigod glanced behind herself. She was leaving behind her home, the once safe haven she had ever known. She turned her gaze back to the gate. Where they were going promised answers. They had to save Amber, Paige, and the other camper. It was their destiny. She carefully leaped onto the top, scrambled for a foothold, and hopped down into a new world.

Sadie Edwards Sadie disappeared off into the forest, her departure signalled only by the long undergrowth bowing in her wake, as if kneeling before royalty.

Hazel glanced around. The woods looked almost the same as in camp, but seemed more sinister for some reason. Hazel quickly darted through a bush, following a wake that must have been Sadie's. ((To the City))
