Because all three races are fairly rare and highly related, they share a cabin. Some say it's been enchanted so it appears to be smaller on the outside than on the inside, but nobody except residents of this cabin and specially assigned campers are allowed in here. It's surrounded by a gurgling brook, and in a secluded forest clearing with ivy growing everywhere and plenty of undergrowth.
